Supply List
Use the video that we are providing as an example to follow. But we encourage you to explore the world of yoga a bit further, there is plenty of material out there that can guide you in the right direction.
How-To
Sit in a circle and breath. Breathing is an integral part of yoga. Once the group is concentrated and at ease, begin by doing the “butterfly” pose.

Remind them to inhale and exhale all the time, as it will help them to stretch and conquer each pose.

Follow by doing the “sunrise/sunset,” then transition to the “mountain” pose and finally, have everyone finish with the “star.”

Lay down for a minute or so to calm down.
