| Celeste has been a family provider for 11 years. She also works with the family Head Start program in Baltimore City. Celeste enjoys what she does and is very willing to help other family providers reach their full potential. This is evidenced by her role as mentor for many family providers. Her knowledge of child development is impressive, yet she is always willing to learn. Celeste consistently recognizes children for their unique qualities and celebrates each of them for who they are as individuals. Within two years, Celeste plans to open a center. She is seeking accreditation and is currently attending Towson University. |
